Chromosome staining/banding/FISH | AgNORs found on chromosome pairs 26, 27, 28. Interstitial blocks appeared only in pair 1 (m), and pair 22 (sm) showed only centromeric marking and pair 27 showed centromeric and terminal marking in long arm, while other pairs have terminal marking, which is sometimes bitelomeric. AgNORs were all C-band positive and located in the terminal portions of chromosomes. |
